She grew up in a poor snow-ridden city known as Niagara Falls, NY. The cards that life dealt her and her environment have left a permanent blue mark in her heart where her sadness lives but she doesn't allow herself to dwell on it. She dresses up, does her make-up, talks to boys, and fights anyone who steps out of line. But at the end of the night, she comes home to a one-bedroom flat where her small dog lives, throws her clothes as she makes her way to the couch where she smokes a joint, and watches TV until she falls asleep. Numbing the pain from knowing that she will never escape.
