Unconditional love starts where self-judgment ends. For this storytelling project, I collaborated with my friend and musician Barbara (@barbmusic_). Together, we created a movie about mental health and emotional healing as a reminder that we are not our emotions. Feelings and emotions come and go, and living in modern society can be overwhelming. Therefore, giving yourself permission to rest, recharge and reconnect with the inner self is essential.
