Anguilla Beaches grants you, the NFT owner, a royalty-free license to use, copy and display the video or image attached to the NFT for your personal non-commercial use, and as needed to resell the NFT. For greater clarity, you may display it on social media for personal non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include the right to modify the video or image attached to the NFT; use it to advertise, market, or sell a product or service; incorporate it in videos or other media; or sell merchandise that includes it.

If the NFT is sold, the license will transfer to the new owner, and the seller’s license will expire immediately upon the sale.
