This card entitles its holder to a temporary transfer of Demxn 49 - Blessed Demxn 3/3 in exchange for 130% collateral during the Mythycal snapshot for no greater than 72 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

Use: This card is usable one time. It can be presented to natfacts.eth prior to the Ghxsts collection Mythxcal snapshot after the date has been announced in exchange for a transaction on nfttrader or another mutually agreed upon site to temporarily trade collateral (card holder) for Demxn 49. natfacts.eth will provide Demxn 49 for no more than three (3) days, to be coordinated such that Mythxcal snapshot will be complete.

Once the snapshot is complete, the collateral and demxn will be once again exchanged on nfttrader.io or another mutually agreed upon site. The final transaction will include this card to ensure it completes its lifecycle in the wallet of natfacts.eth.

Collateral: Collateral will be provided at 130% of the value of the Demxn at time of snapshot, with collateralized assets being of a value as defined by natfacts.eth. The cost basis of the demxn will be held as the average of the last three sales of Demxns or as the 16 ETH at which the demxn was acquired, whichever is higher.

For example, if the Demxn were priced at 20 ETH, collateral of 26 ETH would need to be temporarily transferred. natfacts.eth will accept collateral in the form of ETH or NFTs.
