So much to describe behind this clip. Being GoPro just sponsored me I wanted to prove myself on so many levels. Point Of View Clips defined what a GoPro can do and why it was made. The hard part is getting the clip. Woke up early caught 3 waves beforehand and this wave came through. This gives everyone a view of what we see when riding waves. Especially from inside the barrel! Wave breaks on shallow razor sharp reef. Perfect for barrels!
Right after this wave closed out on me I went straight into the reef. Shattered my shoulder. Had surgery and earned myself another battle wound. Paying dues is part of the process.
