A photo captured on the coast of Vík. A lone surfer walks on the black sand beach while the sun sets over the mountains. Being in the Nordic region during the summer, a phenomenon called the midnight sun lights up the Land of Fire and Ice keeping the night away for most of June.
Coming back from my two-week road trip across Iceland, I remember losing a sense of time. Not knowing when to sleep and when to wake up. Not knowing night from day. Time was just a number. I wanted to emphasize that in this edit. As the midnight sun sets, a lone surfer walks the black sand beach.
A dream within a dream. Photography to me is a medium to convey my emotions and imagination.
A collection showcasing the past 5 years of my photography journey, from when I first started to where I am now. Each image has gone through hours upon hours of refinement and polishing. Some even took years of continuous adjustments. As they get added onto the collection, I will finally label them as finished.
