Today we are scheduled to visit the “ Molino di Merano", the most important producer of organic flour in the region. We want to record the process of the different cereals to see how they are milled. However when we get there we realize that everything is industrialized, and for hygienic reasons we will hardly be able to see the grain and raw material, so we decided that we will record it directly in the kitchen of Paradiso in the process of making bread and pasta. We continue our way towards La Vimea and we stop in Rabland, one of the main apple producing regions in Europe, there we meet Leo Burgmann by chance, we explain him our project and he kindly invites us to visit his orchard: he has 7 different types of apples. We continue our trip to La Vimea, allí Valeria shows us every corner of this vegan hotel, the first in Italy. In the middle of Naturno, entering is like stepping into an oasis outside space-time, a place created with infinite awareness and an example of how the vegan option can be a festival of enjoyment for the senses. Any skeptic who thinks it is impossible to live without animal products will have a revelation if they go to his restaurant. There we decided to film the garden/garden, from which they also use their crops for their cuisine. We also took several shots in their natural swimming pool. We really enjoyed the dinner with Valeria, the chef and his team, who treated us to a tasting dinner with numerous dishes. We were able to have a long and relaxed after dinner where they explained the elaboration of some of their dishes and we discussed about the sustainable production processes.
