We personally meet Allois Lageder with whom we have a coffee in Bolzano and share ideas. Once we explain the project, we record his hands and he invites us to visit his vineyards. We filmed his villa where we walk along with Max through all his land, cellar, laboratories and other spaces of his project, explaining in detail the biodynamic process they follow. We visited the contemporary art collection, which associates all its pieces with eco-sustainable processes.
