"Oi fure" is a language in Esan Language located in the southern part of Nigeria meaning "It will be alright"

The piece "Oi fure" was inspired by the difficult challenges people go through in various aspects of their lives, Feminism, Child Abuse, Slavery and so many more.

"Oi fure" was created to console those going through these things that it will be alright someday. Weeping may endure for a night but definitely Joy will come in the morning. The Lady in the Drawing was used to depict women going through difficult times in their lives, going through oppression and sexual abuse; the cloth she's holding represents these tough times and as she squeezes it the difficult and bad times will one day go away dropping down and will definitely be alright.
