This piece was inspired by the VIP DAW London event. I digitally imported the background that I had created in my studio using acrylic paint. I then used inspiration from the beautiful buildings I saw in London, and I used procreate to digitally draw back on top of the physical piece. I finalised this piece by using my desperate ape wives NFT and created an outfit that I felt fit the location she was in.
I always like to use pastel tones, or bright colours to create an uplifting energy to my work.
With this piece I want you to feel what London is like as a city, help bring back a memory or make you feel like you were actually there with me.
In this collection you will find my art features desperate ape wives, nature and the outside world. I love being outside and exploring new things, and I feel art is the perfect way to capture a moment in time. Every piece will either be inspired from somewhere I have been, somewhere I would love to go, or a memory that I would like to hold on to.
I am passionate about highlighting contrast and these particular pieces I like to show it through the colours I use, but also through the combination of the physical side of art, and the digital side. Since joining this space, this has been one thing I have found really inspires me to create.
I produce this art, first by using acrylic paint for my background layer, then I draw back on the physical piece digitally through procreate. I then bring in my DAW. You will find all my work is inspired by nature and the outside world.
With this art I want you to feel something, help bring back a memory or make you feel like you were there with me.
