Adiyogi, also known as Shiva, is a Hindu deity who is revered as the founder of yoga and the patron of meditation and spiritual enlightenment. His teachings focus on the importance of self-realization and the realization of the ultimate unity of all things. Adiyogi is revered as a deity of great wisdom and is considered to be the source of all yoga practices and teachings.
