Male Giraffe, often nicknamed "Gerry" or "Gerry the Giraffe", have large protrusions on their foreheads that get larger as they age as well as what appear to be "horns".
These aren't in fact horns but are actually ossicones which is hardened or ossified (hardened into bone) cartilage that develops from birth into adulthood. This Gerry didn't want his picture taken so he poked his tongue out in protest..
