I’ve been working with photography for 20 years. My photographic work focuses mainly on landscape and street photography, and all conceptual reasons are a call to me. Today I present a work created from a street photograph I took in Mozambique. For those who do not know, it borders South Africa and the north with Tanzania. Notwithstanding being a mostly emerging country, happiness is something that reigns, smiles, bright colors. Everything is perfect for shooting. That day I had the opportunity to interact with a group of children playing on the beach. They ask to take pictures because they want to see themselves on the camera screen. It is a different reality from the western world. There may be no money, no food, no water or electricity, but there is always something, happiness, and smiles!
