When I moved to Laguna in 2015, I was struck with the juxtaposition between the beauty of the ocean and the homeless just steps away. I shot around 50,000 photographs in 2016. Capturing those images on almost a daily basis allowed me to live in the moment as I dealt with some massive change in my personal life.

I envisioned Laguna Monochrome as a way to transfer value from the environment and actively support some of the most at risk residents of the community. I was able to raise and donate a couple thousand dollars through the proceeds from a gallery show of physical prints, but the project stalled as I began traveling a lot for work.

I'm fascinated by the NFT space and excited to mint my first collection for a good cause. Thanks for checking out Laguna Monochrome.
