The Cape Tribulation Story:

It amazes me that I didn’t know places like this existed in Australia. Perfect blue ocean and tiny sandbanks were things I only thought were found in overseas distant places. On my Australia wide van road trip, one place I knew I needed to visit to satisfy my tropical cravings was northern Queensland. I booked a day tour to a little reef where I experienced some of the most incredible snorkelling moments of my life. On our last spot of the day we pulled up to this little island and while everyone else was enjoying a moment to themselves in the water, I was able to capture this shot. These kinds of shots always put into perspective how small we are compared to the vast ocean.
