The concept of Singularity relates to the idea of reduction. It is about achieving architectural versatility through the formal manipulation of a single entity. This way one could understand the building through only the most essential components. Inspired by Shibari, the continuous I-beam structure allows the magical lifting of a concrete box. The gesture of wrapping and lifting gives a sense of protection and isolation, making this place suitable for meditation.
