Scenes I pondered over as I defined my Purpose, came to terms with the onset of a Multiple Myeloma, and began thinking about leaving a legacy. These moments brought me great calm, enabling me to focus on what mattered with the uncertainty of time that lay ahead. Fortunately I mastered a number of daily practices that keep my Mind, Body and Soul in peaceful alignment.Regardless of how I may be feeling, I get out onto the land twice a day with my camera and dog Rupert, adventurizing until we’re worn out. Often I’ll set out with some bone pain, or the neuropathy in my feet can make some of the adventures a bit dangerous, but remarkably 90% of the time, I return home feeling healed.
