I shuddered, slouching my shoulder and I looked as I watched in the distance. He was on top of this girl, kissing her passionately on her lips.
But when he saw me, he didn't completely stop. Instead, he took a moment to finish what he was doing, and he stared me straight in the eye.
The two broke apart. My boyfriend's unsettling gaze stared into my soul.
My heart dropped.

Instead, he pushed her aside and walked over towards me. Each step rattled my heart and soul.
My breath tightened, making my chest constrict. It was hard to breathe.
Anger boiled in me, but somehow I was keeping it contained.
"Sweetheart," my boyfriend's words spoke with his usual alluring sound.
He used that same voice when he wanted something from me. He reached over, grabbing my hand and pulling my body into his.
"I love you, sweetheart." He whispered into my ear.
