i am looking for a person that's interested in seeing beyond this offer and that would be willing to allow themselves to see why this is an opportunity. It will not be a financial opportunity but it will be an immense opportunity for the soul. Apart from the money, it will require quite a lot of work on my part but it's work i'm willing to embark on because it is what i want to do. This would be a final transaction and i'd do with it as i see fit, but if you'd like to take a peek at what i am doing, i won't mind. i believe that what i want to do, will make a good difference in this world and if i get things right, will make a lot of people happy as well as shape the future for generations to come. Worst case scenario if i'm unable to succeed, you've thrown 81.000.000$ down the drain, but it would make me immensely happy if you took that chance.

There are 2 main things that i would like to do, but i thought i should include the things i want for myself in this because you should know.

The work:

The first is building a Perpetuum mobile in the form of a juice bar in the village i currently live in. i'd like to buy a building that seems just perfect, and then go to the city university, talk to professors there, and build a team of students that would allow me to sort out all the problems in building the framework. i'd also source students from arts and design to create the interior layout and ideally, they will be using this as a diploma or university project.

The idea is that we'd build something that doesn't make a profit except for being able to sustain itself, source produce from local people, figure out ways to deliver free juices to the elderly, and create a little ecosystem that would make life easier. We'd be documenting the whole process and creating an open-source framework with everything that is required to replicate what we did in any other parts of the globe, should anyone be willing to pony up the cash and build such a thing. The juice bar would also have a cinema, where we'd play brain-bending movies all the time, in order to allow everyone to take their mind on a spin.

What this will achieve is beyond just building a simple juice bar. The students will learn new ways of thinking and different ways of looking at life.

The second one is more personal because there's a little anger and frustration attached to it.

i don't have a lot of money but for the past ~1.5-2 years, i took deep pleasure in delivering goods to a local shelter every month. Sometimes food, but then i thought that things that would definitely make an impact would be soap, toothpaste, toiletries and you know, things that might render a visible change in the people living there. After almost 2 years, nothing changed, and it got a bit frustrating. i started wondering if the people in charge there were doing their job.

One weekend, i decided it would be cool to give those people some choices because god knows they probably haven't had a choice in who knows how long. So i printed some pizza menus from some restaurants and went there. Asked the lady at the reception if she'd be okay with me asking everyone for their choices and she was like "nah, just get everyone Pizza Margherita and that will be enough". i insisted because although that would be enough, it was not sufficient. So i went out and started giving out the printed pages to everyone waiting outside, and lo and behold! They all wanted something different!

So i ordered from 8 restaurants and told everyone to be patient, but when the first batch started arriving, chaos ensued, people thought there won't be enough for everyone and they were willing to take other people's pizza. i managed to get them to relax, and told them to trust me and be patient that their orders will surely come, and they did.

Once everyone had their choice of pizza, we relaxed and i asked for a slice for myself from a guy and ate right there with them and it was great.

So, as i spent time in the middle of them, i realized that these people will die. And i would like them to die, knowing that someone put some effort in attempting to give them back their humanity. i would like to pay and take over the shelter for 3 years and pay for 50 people to have permanent residence there and not have to worry about living in the streets.

That would be step 1

Step 2 : every day, for the next 50 days, i'd like to take 1 person and go to the doctor, a spa, a haircut, shop for clothes and get them to a baseline.

Step 3: work with another set of professors from the university and see if we could get a group of students that would come in, listen and write down people's life stories.

Then we'd make a book about it.

Again, this is one of the things where we'd be changing some foundations for years to come.
