Cryptica has some unique history behind it. Those crystal like shapes, are shapes that I used to draw in class when I was in high school. They were my perfect escape into another world. I had forgotten all about them, until I stepped into the nft world. The memories gushed back in. Each crystal is created with random multiple dots spread across, that are then connected with lines, multiple times over. Every dot is connected to every other dot with degrees of separation. Kind of like our world. Kind of like our community. We are all somehow connected. And the symbols and scribbles. Well, they are my take on a hybrid calligraphy. Some inspired by Arabic, the language of the country I grew up and live in, by Urdu, which is my mother tongue, and by English, which I use to express myself the most. They are all over the place, kind of like me. A hybrid, belonging nowhere. Each piece is a 1/1 and using the elements attempts to represent human attributes and facets.
