This photograph was taken on August 2, 2018, at 8:11 a.m., on a Pixel 2 phone, in Santa Clara, California.
In 2017, I adopted a red poodle and named him "Ansel," after Ansel Adams, because I always knew he'd be my photography companion. My interest in photography started during the times of disposable cameras, and now, in the age of the smartphone, I love capturing little moments in time, finding the beauty in places where it may oftentimes be overlooked. This is a collection of photographs captured on my Pixel phone while walking my dog Ansel. Older photos (starting in 2017) were taken on a Pixel 2 phone and newer photos (starting in 2021) were taken on a Pixel 5 phone.
