Floating down the Mekong Delta, I came across these homes. Homes reaching out from the land and into the river placing its foundation on stilts letting the river flow under it. A view into the lives of those with a greater struggle. Those who have to build with what they have or could find. This moment captured on 16 January, 2017.
All digital images are 1/1, and captured throughout my travels of Asia over the past 8 years.
My family was brought to the east due to my profession. This allowed us to travel to many countries throughout Asia giving me the opportunity to capture the moments this collection offers. I share these few as a taste of what I have been lucky enough to see and capture. There is so much more to come.
As I grow as and artist, more images will become available in future releases but with greater focus on specific areas I have been lucky enough to capture and travel too. My luck in our Asian travels have only led to seeking new adventures, and many more moments to capture. I continue to grow as an artist and I hope my work will show its progression.
