She was the very first stranger I met and took picture of here in Norway during lock down in the pandemic. I couldn’t see her face properly as she was completely covered, her head with the scarf and her mouth with a mask. However, I saw something that attracted me. She was getting into the grocery shop so I had to wait few minutes to approach her, I couldn’t help it but I had to ask her. When she came out the shop I asked her for a quick photo shoot, she quickly said yes and when I saw her face revealed I was amazed. An immigrant from Africa with these incredible eyes.

Through a series of portraits in collections and volumes, Dino Serrao will choose his favorite moments where you can see the uniqueness in each of the subject. The collection will be divided into different volumes where each volume will have a different theme and meaning. The entire collection is a tribute to the diversity in us humans and the Extraordinary within. It will contain different ethnicity, race, culture, gender identity and expression, age, lifestyle, religion and more.
