PERSONAL USE The owner of Bored Ape #6068 grants the owners of this License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”) a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art ("Unlockable Source Files"), along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you can cryptographically verify your ownership of the License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”).

COMMERCIAL USE The owner of Bored Ape #6068 grants the owners of this License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”) an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the licensed Art (“Bored Ape #6068 Source Files”) for the purpose of creating Derivatives (“Bored Ape #6068 Derivative Art”) based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”), provided that you can cryptographically verify your ownership of the License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”). Examples of such Commercial Use would e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell merchandise products (NFTs, Images, Prints, T-Shirts, etc.) displaying copies of the Art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section will be deemed to restrict you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Derivatives (“Bored Ape #6068 Derivative Art”) generally.

This (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”) is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using the License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”) you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all liability associated with the use of the Art.

You now own the right to use, copy, edit, display and create derivatives of the Bored Ape #6068 Art, provided that the owner of Bored Ape #6068 maintains the right to grant you these permissions. You do not own the underlying Bored Ape (“#6068”); at no point may the creator of the License (“Bored Ape #6068 Royalty-Free Usage License + Source Files NFT”) seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Derivatives (“Bored Ape #6068 Derivative Art”).
