●特記事項
譲受人は下記の条件を読み、内容に合意した上で本NFTを譲り受けるものとします。なお、以下、直接の取引対象として発行されたものを「本NFT」、デジタルアート作品自体を「本NFTアート」といいます。
１ 本NFTアートの知的財産権は発行者である株式会社三才ブックス（以下「三才ブックス」といいます）に帰属しています。また、同社は本NFTアートを含む書籍を出版しており、当該出版に関する権利も同社に帰属しています。
２ 譲受人は本NFTアートの著作権や商標権その他の知的財産権は譲り受けず、発行者である三才ブックスが引き続き保有いたします。
３ 譲受人は本NFTを第三者に譲渡することはできますが、次に記載する行為は禁止されます。
① 発行者が保有するNFTアートの知的財産権を侵害し、またはその行使を妨害する行為
② 発行者が保有する本件書籍の出版権を侵害し、または出版行為を妨害する行為
③ 譲渡以外の商用目的で利用すること（商用目的での利用とは、アパレルやインテリア、ステーショナリー、その他さまざまなグッズに用いること、出版物に掲載すること、オンラインショップおよび商用のホームページに掲載すること、等を含みます。）
④ 著作権および商標登録等の知的財産登録をおこなうこと
⑤ 本NFTに含まれるイラストや作品名、説明文等を改変や加工して利用すること
４ 本NFTの譲受人、転得者、その他第三者が損害を被った場合、その損害発生の原因が如何なるものであっても、発行者である三才ブックスは何らの法的責任も負わないものとします。
５ 本NFTアートの知的財産権を保有する三才ブックスおよび本NFTアートに提供されている各イラストの知的財産権を保有する各権利者は、その活動において、作品の展示、ポートフォリオでの作品紹介、商品化、第三者へのライセンス許諾等を自由におこなうことができ、なんら活動を妨げられないものとします。

Description；
The assignee shall read the following conditions and agree to the contents before taking over this NFT. Hereinafter, "NFT" is issued for direct transactions, and the digital art work itself is called "NFT Art".

1. The intellectual property rights of NFT Art belong to the publisher, Sansai Books Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sansai Books"). The company also publishes books containing NFT Art, and the rights to such publications also belong to the company.
2. The assignee will not accept the copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of NFT Art, and will continue to be held by the publisher, Sansai Books.
3. The assignee may transfer NFT to a third party, but the following acts are prohibited.
   (1) Acts that infringe or interfere with the exercise of the intellectual property rights of NFT Art held by the issuer
   (2) Acts that infringe on the right to publish the Book held by the publisher or interfere with the publication act
   (3) Use for commercial purposes other than transfer (Commercial use includes use for apparel, interiors, stationery, and various other goods, publications, posting on online shops and commercial websites, etc.) ）
   (4) Intellectual property registration such as copyright and trademark registration
   (5) Modify or process and use the illustrations, work names, descriptions, etc. contained in NFT.
4. In the event that the assignee, transferee, or other third party of the NFT suffers damage, Sansai Books, shall not be liable for any kind of cause of the damage.
5. Publishers who hold the intellectual property rights of NFT Art and the rights holders of each illustration provided in NFT Art may freely exhibit their works, introduce works in portfolios, commercialize them, license to third parties, etc., and shall not interfere with any activities.
