Each BlackYellow Variant NFT is hand-signed and numbered by Doug TenNapel. The name of the NFT reflects the number within the BlackYellow set. Every character is outlined with a purple laser and features new hats/head decoration for that extra bling. Why the black background? When Doug TenNapel went to art school he learned that black and yellow is among the strongest, clearest design features. It could be why bumble bees are black and yellow. It is why traffic signs that are meant to be clearly seen from a distance are black and yellow. It could be why Stryper wore black and yellow. Every BlackYellow Variant counts as the Wil type within the 5-type series (ie. Klays, Wils, Klayju... and two more yet to be seen).
