What's your Gratitude Sun?

According to gratitude expert, Robert Emmons, gratitude involves two stages:

1. Acknowledging all the goodness in your life.

2. Recognizing all the goodness sources outside yourself that you have received and who to thank for.

Wearing my visual hat, I envisioned being grateful as having a "Gratitude Sun" shining around you.

You radiate with gratitude for all the blessings in your life.

Your health, your wisdom people often come to you for help, your family, the work you enjoy doing, the place you live in, and anything else that's on your list.

Each goodness source is like an individual ray or memorable story you're thankful for.

What's more, when you look at all your rays together, it should bring to life your larger gratitude narrative.

So, this NFT is a reminder to keep your Gratitude Sun shining all the time.
