This piece of digital art symbolizes the inherent power of natural remedies that nature bestows upon humanity for internal healing and wellness. Inspired by my personal encounters with Ayahuasca in the core of the Amazon Rainforest, specifically Puerto Maldonado, Peru, the artwork reflects a transformative journey.

I engaged in three Ayahuasca sessions, interspersed with a day of abstaining between each. During this time, I adhered to a specialized diet devoid of meat, and followed the shaman's guidance to refrain from sexual activity.

Partaking in Ayahuasca was an intensely personal exploration, revealing aspects of myself including my fears, obstacles, and challenges. The experience shed light on the role my ego has played in shaping my life, and how the potent properties of the plant can diminish these influences to insignificance.

This journey was not merely a group ceremony but a profound introspection, allowing me a clear view of who I am and providing a path to healing from past experiences. Guided by the nurturing essence of the plant, I was led to personal revelations and growth. Ultimately, the connection and understanding forged were a deeply private communion between the plant and myself.
