There are various trails in Bharatpur that are absolutely gorgeous during the magic hour. The trees form a canopy and act as soft boxes as the light seeps through them. The trail looks like it is a path into another realm. After many walks down this trail hoping for some wildlife to come into this frame, one morning, finally found this jackal as it decided to walk across. This completed the entire frame!

This photograph is from my "Magic Hour" series. Magic hour is the period of time between sunset and daybreak when warm hues of gold, pink, and blue are visible. The collection features photographs taken during the "golden hour" in Keoladeo Ghana National Park in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, a wetland wonder and one of the largest bird sanctuaries. As a result, the collection is also an ode to Bharatpur, a place I've visited every year for the past ten years.
