This work is based on photographs taken during a visit to Tomonoura in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture in the fall of 2017. I think the contrast between the bluish shadowy alley and the bright back side of the house made for a beautiful work.

この作品は2017年秋に広島県福山市の鞆の浦を訪れた際に撮影した写真をベースに制作しました。青みがかった影の路地と、明るい奥側とのコントラストが美しい作品になったと思います。
