Spacial poems is a generative computer-based VR application. Poetic conjunctions of carrier materials and poems descend from the work and become individually collectible.

In spacial poems words change their shape and settle as bodies in a digitally created space. They move in a three-dimensional virtual landscape and become tangible on a corporeal level. The poems are situated in a landscape built out of elements that resemble stone, wax, and paper. Those are carrier materials, that text is historically handed down. In the sphere of the digital, they become symbols of themselves and appear in the aesthetics of internet culture and the digital realm. A fourth carrier material of words, the screen, is introduced by the form of presentation itself. The pictorial texts offer a reading direction through their interstices, leading from word to word. The reader is guided to move in and around a text, to understand it in different levels of meaning and its words in changing weights.
