Perceived reality - Distorted time

Whenever you step into the ring and get that feeling of going on a stage, you know that something special is about to happen. It is going to be loud, it is going to be deep, it is going to loop forever. The complexity of the system acts as a part of the performance as it captures time either forward, backward or in a perfectly frozen moment. That moment can be felt like thunder and resonates until silence comes back to fill the room. The ways of distorting time are endless and we sometimes get lost in a sea of options, but in the end, it's just a game with no boundaries: playing with space and time.

This series explores the various ways of capturing a dancer in full 360° using 176 cameras. All cameras can be triggered in sync, one after another, or a mix of both.
