Connected (2/2)
From a connection developed over years in the first image of this set to realising power of social media in today's times, this is the second story that could hardly be captured in 24mp.
I clicked this picture in Kerala(India) recently, of a local man coming back home from fishing that morning. Unaware of who he was and what does he do, I just took some shots at this water channel near his house.
Weeks later, after coming back home from the trip I posted this picture on social media and the picture received decent response. A feature from one of the state tourism board made this picture reach the local man's son months later and he was beyond ecstatic to see his dad. ‘Hey, this is my Appa’, he commented on my post. And I was so happy to see that. My picture had reached the home it belonged, damn! I immediately asked for his address and promised him to send a print.
That's the world we live in, full of chaos yet being connected.
