One day I decided to visualize an image that represented how I desire to feel. I saw myself floating in a body of water with the sunlight beaming onto me, warming me up. This image filled me with a sense of peace and contentment.

Upon drawing this, my subconscious led the way and unexpected elements emerged. The lower figure I see as my unconscious patterns, pulling me into “heavier” ways of being such as anxiety and depression. The higher figure I perceive as a guide, pulling me towards dreams. The central figure feels the pull of the different rhythms but maintains a state of balance.

Depending on the thoughts we think and emotions we feel, we can alter the rhythm of the vibes we’re putting out… we can manifest back a particular reflected reality. Each day, I find myself on a journey to find balance. When I do travel below or above, I return back to center sooner each time.
