The price of fame. This huge mural of 3 m (9.8 ft) by 7 m (23 ft) wide has become a Tel Aviv staple. The 27 club portrays popular musicians or artists who died at the age of 27: Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse and, surprisingly, my fading silhouette. This graffiti artwork was painted using Molotov spray paint, with each figure of the 27 club featuring primarily three colors only, and myself, on the far right, with only grey tones. This is the price of fame. The price of a candle burning all too quickly. I started to design this artwork when I was 27, but created it only as I turned 29, in 2014.
