Screen City speaks to the history of paint software for early personal computers, and how the processes associated with this history are being incorporated into the current monetization of digital art. The Geometric shapes were created using Deneba Ultrapaint (1991) on a Macintosh Plus, and then imported into Deluxe Paint IV (1991) for the Commodore Amiga. Pallet cycling is used to create the animated cycling effect in Deluxe Paint IV.
