A moment when time stood still. While I watched the Milky Way rise over Joshua Tree National Park, that was exactly what I experienced. I was completely awestruck by the stars above me. It was the type of moment that you could feel making a lasting impression on your life as it was happening. I felt so small and yet so connected to everything around me. I never wanted that night sky to end.
