Life has gotten exponentially better. My life feels more fulfilling. I have more than I ever had before. I am blessed to be surrounded by amazing people who care for my well-being.

However, I still feel a wave of sadness start to approach me every now and then. Maybe, I'm not deserving of the life I am living. Maybe, I could have done more for the people around me. These questions seem to cloud my judgment as I begin to ask myself, "Life is Good So, Why Am I Still Crying ?".

It just may be that this is the curse of our human nature. A balance must exist so we understand when we are happy or sad. The duality of conflicting emotions creates a confusing yet colorful picture. It shouldn't make sense but, somehow it does. Perhaps, it is a good thing that I am crying because it reminds me that I can be happy too.
