This is Mt. Yoshino, a World Heritage Site. It is one of the most beautiful places of cherry blossoms in Japan. Sakura is a national flower of Japan, and in spring you can see its beautiful appearance all over Japan for a short period of time. Mt. Yoshino is also a sacred place for Buddhism and has many temples. The night I took this picture was a full moon, and I could feel the presence of beautiful cherry blossoms even in the dark hours at dawn. When you come to Japan, be sure to visit Mt. Yoshino in spring. I recommend it.
