The story of a woman named Emily Vause obsessed with her own beauty, she would stare at herself in the mirror (a family heirloom) for hours on end wishing that her beauty remain permanent until she became trapped inside of the mirror, a mirror that steals a part of your soul each time you gaze upon it until eventually you become apart of it.

Now permanently confined to the mirror as a living photograph unable to speak, move, or age. Forever starving, forever in agony and passed down through the decades. It is said that the longer you gaze upon the mirror, the more you begin to feel as she feels, insatiable hunger, unbearable pain from a rigid neck and the possession like desire to tear the flesh away from any part of the body with perceived imperfections.

Gaze at her long enough and the curse will be lifted for all afflicted and the seer shall take her place and be imprisoned for eternity.
