The music "Resplendent Flowers" was created for the program "Yamaguchi Kappei no Radio Taikoki" in 2014.
After that, it was released as free BGM in 2017.
After its release, it was used by various people and has been viewed more than 1.2 million times on YouTube.

However, because it was free BGM, not a single yen was returned to me.
The system of free BGM is for composers to gain recognition in exchange for providing their music for free.
But in reality, no one cares who created "Resplendent Flowers" which has been played more than 1.2 million times.

On the other hand, with music NFT, I don't necessarily need to deliver my music to a lot of people.
I only need one person who recognizes the value of my music.
Then I can return the favor to that person, not to an unspecified number of people.
How can music that used to be free have value?
This is my challenge to Web 3.0.

「百花繚乱」は2014年に「山口勝平のラジオ太閤記」という番組のために制作された楽曲です。
その後2017年にフリーBGMとして公開されました。
公開後様々な方にご利用いただき、YouTubeでは120万回以上再生されました。

しかしフリーBGMだったこともあり、僕のところには1円も還元されることはありませんでした。
本来のフリーBGMのシステムは、作曲者が無料で音楽を提供する代わりに認知度を上げるというものです。
ですが実際は120万回以上再生された「百花繚乱」を誰が作ったのかなんて、誰も気にしないのです。

一方で音楽NFTであれば、必ずしもたくさんの人に音楽を届ける必要はありません。
僕の音楽に価値を認めてくれる方が、たった1人でもいてくださればいいのです。
そして僕は、不特定多数の方にではなく、その方に恩返しをさせていただければいいのです。
無料だった音楽に価値が付くのか？
これは僕からWeb3.0に対する挑戦状なのです。
