Good dags. D’ya like dags?

This is the story of a 365-Day art challenge that got a little bit out of control. It all started in 2018 (The Year of the Dog), when I decided I would create one image of a dog per day to turn it into a collection of 365 drawings as a part of my everyday activity. If you ask me why — dogs are cool, and I was really excited to learn more about these amazing creatures.

Long story short, there is a list of officially recognized dog breeds, according to the FCI (The World Canine Organisation), then there’re dogs famous in specific regions, or counties, and finally we have these unique breeds that only their owners know about. In October 2018 the list got longer and hit 500 positions. But I did not want to miss out on anyone, the goal was to draw ‘em all!

I’d like to present the collection of 505 dogs images, each manually drawn, scanned, sorted and signed. The collection includes 386 recognized and 119 non-recognized dog breeds, according to the FCI.
