My musical journey started in 2014 after I put up my first edit on Soundcloud by recommendation from a friend. I was surprised at the interest it got and fast-forwarding one year I signed a record deal and moved out to Los Angeles. Here I met a lot of like-minded producers and I started playing shows on tour with Louis The Child and Whethan.

After a few years of touring my interest shifted more towards producing for others and I’ve had a lot of fun in that realm. I got the opportunity to work with some amazing artists including BØRNS, Tove Lo, Carly Rae Jepsen and Anna of the North to name a few. It's always been important to me to dive into new things, and this was a meaningful step in my musical path.

In late November last year I tore my meniscus and had to go through surgery. I stayed mostly in bed for over a month straight and felt this incredible dread from not being able to do the things I normally do. Music became the best therapy during that period and I started making loads of beats. It was a really fun and creative path for my music, which I hope shines through in this track.
