All of my art is created in a generative art program that I built in the programming language, Processing. Designs come together through a mixture of computed randomized values, variable values controlled via the keyboard, and "painted" onto the digital canvas by hand using a Wacom tablet or mouse. There's no 'undo' button either, so each piece has embedded in it the tension of trying to bring together a composition that is more than a smattering of pixels, but also a surrendering to the chaos that yields a piece that is not completely human-made. Every individual piece I create can never be recreated in exactly the same way ever again. The original file is 19,200 × 10,800 pixels at 72DPI, allowing it to be used for personal large-scale digital and print applications.
