This image was taken during a time when life lead to a terrifying experience of my mind shutting down nearly completely as lack of sleep and an inability to do so wore me to the brink of mental and physical exhaustion.

I was during this time, holding onto faith that things would improve, somehow, from the chaos I found myself in. This image is a result of me knocking the tripod mid shot, in my increasingly delirious state. I was just hanging on at this time, this tree is a reflection of my state, the light, my faith .

This image and its reference to the possibility of powers above, while I am not religious, has become incredibly meaningful for me personally knowing the position of life I felt I was lost within. It is my hope that this piece will resonate with someone, and for this message to provide hope, in that we all have moments of chaos in our life. Holding tight onto faith that things will improve, can provide you with the strength necessary to endure immense challenges in life.
