The Hollow-Eyed woman also known as "The Nightmare Witch" was said to have black empty voids where her eyes were removed, a sealed mouth where it was stitched and an elongated neck where she was hanged. Her void like eyes were like portals to a sinister world. Under the cover of night, she would visit the homes of those who slept, invading their dreams and whispering haunting words through the empty eye sockets of her eyes and into their minds.

Anyone unfortunate enough to hear her whispers would slowly descend into madness. The darkness in her eyes seemed to seep into their souls, sowing seeds of despair, fear, and paranoia, plaguing the minds of her victims with nightmarish visions until they succumbed to madness and cut off their own mouths, gauged out their own eyes and hanged themselves. It was said that she fed on their torment, growing stronger with each shattered mind.
