Story
I was walking up Artyoma Street in Mariupol, a block away from my parents' house, and I took a picture of the fallen leaves from a lower angle with my first DLSR Canon 350D. On the right you can see the stairs of the grocery store where my bicycle was once stolen. The thief pulled it down the stairs and rode down the street, and I ran after him and slapped him on the back trying to stop him. This is my home street and if I was blindfolded, I could probably walk down it from memory. In light of the current tragic events, when the russian army tortures and shoots civilian people blindfolded, this comparison has a completely different flavor...

Once I have a chance I will come here again and reshoot this photograph for the second part of the project - The "Death Collection" that will contain 86 images of destroyed places and after that I will take another 86 shots of these places after the restoration for the "Resurrection Collection". Part of the funds of all of the 3 collections will go to charity purposes.
"Life" - restoration of cultural life of the city;
"Death" - exhumation and proper burial of killed residents;
"Resurrection" - support of the next generations - the kids - who suffered from russian aggression.
