Automated Vote Yield

A public voting mechanism for on-chain governance.

Lobbyist

  1. Deposits ETH w/ prop ID and vote
  2. Vote is tallied according to ETH weight, for or against the prop
  3. ETH is transferred to a voting pool

Token Holder

  1. Deposits ERC20Votes or ERC721Votes tokens into the voting pool
  2. Snapshot is taken, marking the tokens as eligible for voting in any new proposal
  3. Pooled funds from previous votes by Lobbyists can be withdrawn at any time according to Token Holder's relative weight in the distribution pool

Arbitrator

  1. If there are <5m remaining in a proposal, an arbitrator can submit the vote from the pool's Governance contract
  2. As a reward for doing this, the arbitrator is eligible to claim 1% of the pooled ETH for that proposal
