NFTree is a sustainable collection that protects the environment and witnesses the creation of a Green Line bicycle route in Milan. Telepass's 1000 NFTs could generate up to 211 tonnes of carbon dioxide. Considering that the average absorption capacity of a tree over a life cycle of at least 20 years is around 500-600 kg of CO2, at least 400 trees would have to be planted to fully compensate for the emissions of the 1000 NFTs of Telepass. We planted 800 trees in agro-forest along the Via Vaiano Valle cycle/pedestrian path in the Vettabbia Park southeast of Milan.
