Our hike to the iconic Trolltunga (or "Troll's tongue") vista took us about six hours, and we were hampered and dampened by rain the entire time. Fortunately, Thor wasn't around that day, so there wasn't any lightning or thunder!

There weren't many other travelers there either (due to the rain), so we had the place to ourselves for a while. I can't recall the word for the visceral fear of death you get when you're out at the edge of a rock staring down at a thousand-foot drop... But it's on the tip of my tongue.
